Joshua Douglas published in Texas Law Review

My only younger brother (Joshua, aka my "little brother") was recently published in the Texas Law Review. Joshua is a currently a lawyer in San Antonio, Texas, and he has a specific interest in Voting Rights. He spent a good chunk of this past summer writing and editing this paper. The topic is the Voting Rights Act, and he covers a specific section of the Voting Rights Act that Joshua argues should have been deemed unconstitutional. (EDIT: Joshua writes "btw, i don't argue that the court should have ruled it unconstitutional. I argue that everyone expected the court to, and I explain why they didn't.")

For my legal inclined friends (hi Steve!) you might enjoy reading some (or all) of The Voting Right Act Through the Justices' Eyes

Congrats Joshua!

Shouldn't that "Hi Steve" be hyperlinked?
